・If you have any documents required for your visa application, please send the "Visa Supporting Letter Form" (Excel)  and a copy of your passport to the secretariat (Please send it to office@wsdn2024.com). 

The subject line of the email must be "Visa Application, Your Name".  
If the subject line is different, it will not be accepted.

・Application Requirements

　 ・You must have registered for the WSDN2024 and paid the registration fee

・The visa is valid for no more than 3 months from the date of issuance.
