Oral presentation sessions are live sessions of 60 minutes moderated by designated moderators. Each oral presentation is 7minutes, which may not be exceeded. There are 6 – 7 presentations in each oral session. Presenters are required to be physically present at the venue although the audience can participate online.
Poster with Lightning Talk sessions take place at the Poster Presentation Area in the venue. Each presentation will be allocated 3 minutes to present their E-Poster. There are around 15 presentations in each session. Each session will be guided by one moderator. Presenters are required to be physically present and should be at the E-Poster Stations 10 minutes before the start of the session and remain there until the session has finished.
Presenters allocated to Poster Viewing sessions will share their E-Posters on the conference website which will provide an opportunity for E-Poster presenters and other participants to exchange questions and comments from approximately two weeks before the Conference.
We request All presenters, regardless of presentation style, to create and submit a one-page E-Poster explaining the overview of your research/project. The submitted posters will be made available on the conference webpage for registered participants before the conference to encourage communication among participants.
