To all presenters

We request all presenters to do the following:

1.Submission of the final version of the abstract

We request all presenters to submit the final version of their abstract.

2.Prepare your E-Poster
<Submission Periods and measures will be announced later>

We request all presenters, regardless of presentation style, to create and submit a one-page e-poster explaining the overview of your research/project. The submitted posters will be made available on the conference webpage for registered participants before the conference to encourage communication among participants. Please refer to the attached guidelines for creating the e-poster.

◆ Presentation Style

● Oral Presentation

Oral presentation sessions are live sessions of 60 minutes moderated by designated moderators. Each oral presentation is 7minutes, which may not be exceeded. There are 6 – 7 presentations in each oral session. Presenters are required to be physically present at the venue although the audience can participate online.

● Poster with lightning talk

Poster with Lightning Talk sessions take place at the Poster Presentation Area in the venue. Each presentation will be allocated 3 minutes to present their E-Poster. There are around 15 presentations in each session. Each session will be guided by one moderator. Presenters are required to be physically present and should be at the E-Poster Stations 10 minutes before the start of the session and remain there until the session has finished.

● Poster Viewing

Presenters allocated to Poster Viewing sessions will share their E-Posters on the conference website which will provide an opportunity for E-Poster presenters and other participants to exchange questions and comments from approximately two weeks before the Conference.

● For ALL Presenters

[Guidelines for preparing E-Poster]

  • The E-Poster for each presentation is 1 Page only.
  • Create your document in PowerPoint Landscape Layout 16:9 and save it as a PDF file.
  • Use only standard OS fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier New or Georgia.
  • Font size: 11 point or larger
  • Language: English
  • Images(photos), tables and figures: Good picture quality is essential, at least 200 dpi.
  • Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and videos are not permitted.
  • QR Codes may be included but cannot link to any promotional or marketing materials.
  • Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only final view/status will be visible.
  • File size: Less than 5MB

● For ONLY Oral presenters (Including Invited Speakers and Panelists)

[Guidelines for preparing Slides]

  • All oral presentations must be made on a PC using a Windows operating system.
  • Create presentation slides in PowerPoint, an aspect ratio of 16:9 (wide screen) will be recommended.
  • Use only standard OS fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier New or Georgia.
  • Language: English
  • You can use audio or video in your presentation. If you use video which is encoded with a specific date to be in WMV or MP4 format which can be played on Windows Media Player.
  • All data files should be in one folder, including any reference files such as video files, and register them at the conference registration desk in the venue on the day of your presentation.
  • For Mac Users: If your presentation file is made using Macintosh, please bring your own laptop with a VGA adapter or a HDMI adapter.

◆ Submission of presentation data

Submission Periods and measures will be announced later.

Please use the data submitted in advance for both oral and poster with lightning talk.Replacement of data after the submission deadline will not be accepted. Data cannot be replaced at the venue.
