◆ Abstracts book

The conference online conference site will be provided to those who have registered to attend. Abstract books will be available for viewing and download on the site.

Wi-Fi access information will be provided at the reception. If a large number of people access the site at the same time at the venue, it may cause problems such as slow connection speeds, so please download the abstract books before coming to the venue.

◆ WSDN2024 Online Conference site(ONLINE CONF)

Participants who have registered (including online registration) can use the online conference site (ONLINE CONF).

On the online conference site, you can view the abstracts books, watch the live broadcast on the day, view and comment on the E-Posters of general presentations, and watch on-demand videos that will be distributed at a later date.

To log in to the online conference site, you will need the email address you registered with Payvent and the password listed in the registration completion email sent to you by Payvent.

If you don't know the password sent to you by Payvent, please reset it by clicking "Forgot your password?"

◆ Reception Desk

Reception for on-site participants will be held in front of the hall. Please come to the Reception desk only on the first day of participation.

Pick up the name badge and conference material, at the reception desk in front of the hall. Help is available during the following opening hours.

If you or any other participant is unwell, or if an accident or any other emergency occurs while at the conference, please contact the reception desk or any staff member.

When an Earthquake Strikes
Take action to protect yourself and wait until the shaking stops.Keep low, cover your head and body, and stay put until the tremors stop.Then follow the staff’s instructions.

There is no nursery room.

◆ Lost property

Any lost or forgotten items will be kept at the Information Desk (in front of the hall).

  • Photography and recording
    Photography and recording without permission are prohibited in the lecture venue.
  • Use of mobile phones
    The use of mobile phones is prohibited in the lecture venue. In addition, please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode while in the venue.
  • Infection prevention
    Please refrain from attending if you are feeling unwell.
