◆ Presentation
All presentations will be delivered on computers provided at the venue.
- During the presentation, the presenter will hear bell rings indicating the time left.
Moderators are also asked to register for the conference.

* The registration at WSDN2024 venue is also available not in advance on-line registration.We accept payment by credit card in Japanese Yen at the conference registration desk. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
* If you register on-site, you will register and pay on your own device.
* The password issued by Payvent will be used to access the online conference page and to issue a certificate of participation, so please make sure you do not forget it.

The conference online conference site will be provided to those who have registered to attend. Abstract books will be available for viewing and download on the site.
Wi-Fi access information will be provided at the reception. If a large number of people access the site at the same time at the venue, it may cause problems such as slow connection speeds, so please download the abstract books before coming to the venue.

- Please check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs page to see if you need a visa to enter Japan.

The subject line of the email must be "Visa Application, Your Name".If the subject line is different, it will not be accepted.
Application Requirements
- Be a presenter of the WSDN2024
- You must have registered for the WSDN2024 and paid the registration fee
- The visa is valid for no more than 3 months from the date of issuance.
